Additional Infomation About Product

The CD4001BE is a quad, 2-Input NOR Gate from the Standard CMOS Logic families of Texas Instruments. This device is manufactured with advanced CMOS technology meaning that the maximum high-level output current is much greater than that of the medium-speed TTL family. The CD4001BE has high noise immunity since it has a high-level input voltage of up to 5V, which prevents noise from disturbing the operation of the circuit. It also operates at a very low current consumption of 10µA at 5V and can also handle high input frequencies up to 10MHz. The output of the CD4001BE has an open-drain and can be connected to other gates to implement AND and OR functions. This makes it useful in a variety of applications.
