The CD4001BM96 is a logic gate Quad 2 Input CMOS device from Texas Instruments. It consists of four independent 2-input NOR logic gates which are connected in a single package and feature high-speed performance, increased noise immunity, and low-power consumption. It has an operating voltage range from 3V to 18V, with a current output of 30mA. The input voltage range is from 0V to 7V, with an input current of 10µA. It is housed in a 16-pin plastic dual-in-line (DIP) package and is capable of operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The CD4001BM96 is typically used in data storage and other digital logic applications.
