BYTEGThe TPESD5Z5.0 is a ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) Protection Devices with a SOD-523 package and RoHS Compliant certification, manufactured by TECH PUBLIC BYTEG. It is a low capacitance ESD suppressor designed to protect sensitive electronic components from over-voltage caused by ElectroStatic Discharge. The device also offers advanced ESD protection with a low leakage current of less than 1nA at +25°C and a high ESD clamping voltage of 5V. It provides ESD protection to I/O ports, as well as other sensitive electronic components in consumer electronics, telecommunication, and portable electronic applications.
