.The ESD5V0B15-923 is a series Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection devices with SuperSOT 923 (SOD-923) type package, produced by TECH PUBLIC. This device offers snapback-type protection and is capable of protection against voltage spikes up to 15kV, with low capacitance for Signal Line Protection (SLP) application. The device is RoHS compliant and provides high speed clamping action as well as 5V break down voltage.
