ESD24VB3-1006 with X1-DFN1006-2 is a ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection device manufactured by TECH PUBLIC. It is a dual-channel, bidirectional, low-capacitance ESD protection device designed for high-speed interface applications in a variety of electronic systems. It is housed in a very small DFN1006-2 package, making it ideal for applications where space is limited. The ESD24VB3-1006 offers excellent IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection when used in systems using 3V, 5V, 12V, and 24V rail voltages. It is qualified to AEC-Q100 and can withstand direct-electrical transients up to ±20 kV and peak-pulse currents up to 20 A. In addition, it is compliant with the RoHS regulations, and offers a low capacitance of 0.2 pF between adjacent pins.
