The device is designed Quad channel smart high-side driver with to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads through CS analog feedback a 3 V and 5 V CMOS-compatible interface, Very low standby current providing protection and diagnostics. Compatible with 3 V and 5 V CMOS The device integrates advanced protective outputs functions such as load current limitation, overload CurrentSense diagnostic functions active management by power limitation and Analog feedback of load current with high overtemperature shutdown with configurable precision proportional current mirror latch-off. Overload and short to ground (power A FaultRST pin unlatches the output in case of limitation) indication fault or disables the latch-off functionality. Thermal shutdown indication A sense enable pin allows OFF-state diagnosis to OFF-state open-load detection be disabled during the module low-power mode Output short to V detection CC as well as external sense resistor sharing among Sense enable/disable similar devices.
