PowerSO-10 ECOPACK : lead free and RoHS compliant Automotive Grade: compliance with AEC guidelines Description Very low standby current CMOS compatible input The VND830SP-E is a monolithic device made by using STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 On-state open-load detection technology, intended for driving any kind of load Off-state open-load detection with one side connected to ground. Thermal shutdown protection and diagnosis Active V pin voltage clamp protects the device CC Undervoltage shutdown against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table). Overvoltage clamp Output stuck to V detection Active current limitation combined with thermal CC shutdown and automatic restart protects the Load current limitation device against overload. The device detects Reverse battery protection open-load condition both is on-state and off-state. Electrostatic discharge protection Output shorted to V is detected in the off-state. CC Device automatically turns-off in case of ground pin disconnection. Table 1.
