Per channel 1 PowerSO-10 ECOPACK : lead free and RoHS compliant Automotive Grade: compliance with AEC Description guidelines Very low standby current The VND830LSP-E is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 CMOS compatible input technology. It is intended for driving any kind of On-state open-load detection load with one side connected to ground. Active Off-state open-load detection V pin voltage clamp protects the device against CC low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient Thermal shutdown protection and diagnosis compatibility table). Undervoltage shutdown Active current limitation combined with thermal Overvoltage clamp shutdown and automatic restart protects the Output stuck to V detection CC device against overload. Load current limitation The device detects open-load condition both in Reverse battery protection on-state and off-state. The open-load threshold is aimed at detecting the 5 W/12 V standard bulb as Electrostatic discharge protection an open-load fault in the on-state. Device automatically turns off in case of ground pin disconnection. Table 1.
