VN750PEP-E High side driver Features Type R I V DS(on) OUT CC VN750PEP-E 60 m 6 A 36 V PowerSSO-12 ECOPACK : lead free and RoHS compliant Automotive Grade: compliance with AEC guidelines CMOS compatible input Description On-state open-load detection The VN750PEP-E is a monolithic device designed Off-state open-load detection in STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 Technology, intended for driving any kind of load Shorted load protection with one side connected to ground. Undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown Active V pin voltage clamp protects the device Protection against loss of ground CC against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient Very low standby current compatibility table). Active current limitation Reverse battery protection (see Application combined with thermal shutdown and automatic schematic on page 13 ) restart help protect the device against overload. In compliance with the 2002/95/EC european The device detects open load condition in on and directive off-state. Output shorted to V is detected in the CC off-state.
