Additional Infomation About Product

The TN2010H-6G High Temperature 20A SCR manufactured by STMicroelectronics is a Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) optimized for extremely high temperature applications. The SCR is capable of undergoing continuous operation up to 175°C with periodic surge capability up to 200°C. The SCR is capable of handling 20 Amps at 175°C or 10 Amps at 200°C. It is commonly used in DC motor control, lighting and heater applications. The TN2010H-6G is a robust and reliable SCR which can withstand long-term exposure to harsh electrical and environmental conditions. It is also equipped with a temperature coefficient of II/V characteristic to improve device reliability and thermal control.
