The STW35N65DM2 is a MOSFET N-channel power MOSFET by STMicroelectronics, using their MDmesh DM2 technology. It has a maximum drain-source voltage of 650 volts and low on-state resistance of just 0.093 ohms. It can handle up to 32 amps of current with a total gate charge of 73 nC. It features fast switching, low gate charge and low on-state resistance as well as good thermal performance and avalanche ratings. The STW35N65DM2 is suitable for many different applications including motor control and high frequency switching.
