The device is Very low shutdown current: I < 10 A SHDN compatible with multiple topologies such as Internal +5 V LDO for gate driver supply boost, SEPIC and floating load buck-boost. The Internal +3.3 V LDO for device supply brightness of the LEDs can be controlled through Fixed frequency peak current mode control PWM dimming and analog dimming (10:1 ratio) Adjustable (100 kHz to 1 MHz) switching by means of two independent pins. Enhanced frequency PWM dimming can be obtained thanks to a MOSFET in series with the LED string and External synchronization for multi-device directly driven by a dedicated pin. applications High performance external MOSFET driver The high-side current sensing, in combination Cycle-by-cycle external MOSFET OCP with a P-channel MOSFET, provides an effective protection in case the positive terminal of the LED Fixed internal soft-start string is shorted to ground. The high precision Programmable output OVP current sensing circuitry allows a LED current Boost, buck-boost and SEPIC topologies regulation reference within 4% accuracy over supported the whole temperature range and production Thermal shutdown with autorestart spread. Output short-circuit detection A fault output (open-drain) informs the host LED control section system about faulty conditions: device Up to 60 V output voltage overtemperature, output overvoltage Constant current control loop (disconnected LED string) and LED overcurrent.
