The L6206Q device is a DMOS dual full bridge DS(on) value at T = 25 C driver designed for motor control applications, j developed using BCDmultipower technology, Operating frequency up to 100 kHz which combines isolated DMOS power transistors Programmable high side overcurrent detection with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. and protection Available in a VFQFPN48 7 x 7 package, the Diagnostic output L6206Q device features thermal shutdown and a non-dissipative overcurrent detection on the Paralleled operation high side Power MOSFETs plus a diagnostic Cross conduction protection output that can be easily used to implement the Thermal shutdown overcurrent protection.
