The device also includes two independent constant off time PWM Integrated fast free wheeling diodes current controllers that performs the chopping regulation. Available in VQFPN32 5 mm x 5 mm Applications package, the L6227Q features a non-dissipative overcurrent protection on the high side power Bipolar stepper motor MOSFETs and thermal shutdown.
