Additional Infomation About Product

The DG15X12T2 with IGBTs TO-247 RoHS is an electronic part manufactured by STARPOWER. It is a discrete gate power module designed to handle high power switching. It includes integrated gate protection, which helps to protect the IGBT from overvoltage and reverse dV/dt events. The module integrates two IGBTs and two fast free-wheeling diodes in a small package. The IGBTs are housed in a plastic TO-247 RoHS package, ensuring compatibility with Lead-Free applications. The module has an isolation voltage of 1500Vrms, an operating current of up to 150A, a switching frequency up to 12khz, and an on-state voltage of =1.2V. The module is designed for industrial and energy management applications such as inverters, UPS systems, motor control, welding, solar, and wind turbans.
