Additional Infomation About Product

The DG25X12T2 with TO-247AD IGBTs ROHS is a 25A 600V N-Channel Enhancement Mode RoHS-compliant IGBT module from Starpower. The module is designed with two TO-247AD IGBTs in parallel which are also featuring EMIRF technology. It has a collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of 600V and a collector current (Ic) of 25A. The module also has a gate-emitter voltage (Vges) of 10V and a collector-emitter saturation voltage (Vcesat) of 1.8V. The module offers superior switching performance with a high input impedance and high conversion efficiency. Additionally, the module is suitable for high thermal conductivity and has an internal temperature sensor for better consistency. It is suitable for SMPS, welding, induction heating, and motor drive applications.
