componentsThe SIT82C251T is a 1 Mbps CAN IC transceiver designed for use in Controller Area Network (CAN) applications. It is manufactured by SIT Components and is compliant with the ROHS standard. The SIT82C251T is packaged in an 8-pin dual in-line package (DIP), with eight pins, and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. The SIT82C251T supports one-time programmable (OTP) or electrically erasable programmable read only memory (EEPROM) as a CAN controller interface. It also offers several features such as adjustable maximum and minimum prop delay, low-power sleep mode, protected and programmable input threshold, and built-in voltage regulator for power supply and I/O. With these excellent features, the SIT82C251T offers excellent flexibility and reliability for CAN applications.
