IThe SIT65176BDR 1/1 10mbps 4.5v ~ 5.5v sop-8 rs-485/rs-422 ICs RoHS manufactured by SITI is a high-performance, low-power differential bus transceiver compatible with the electrical specifications of TIA/EIA-485 and TIA/EIA-422-B standards. This integrated circuit supports 3 modes of operations including RS-485 (2-wire and 4-wire), RS-422 (2-wire) and Restart Collision Avoidance (RCA) for high data rate applications. It also supports high input common-mode voltage ranging from 3V to 11.5V and slew rate control for improved EMI performance. Additionally, this IC integrates under-voltage lockout protection, thermal shutdown protection and works with relatively low external components count.
