The SP2638P is a switching controller DIP-8 RoHS manufactured by Si-Power. It features a wide switching frequency range of 20kHz to 500kHz, and an adjustable peak current peak of up to 2.38A. The PWM controller provides an adjustable constant off time circuit with advanced and powerful gate drive for low-side and high-side power switching devices. This device is suitable for applications with step-down/step-up converters, DC-DC converters, and isolated DC-DC converters. It is compliant with the RoHS directive and is made of lead-free material.
