The SP2605F with Switching Controllers SOP-7 RoHS is a high efficiency, monolithic, step-down switching regulator manufactured by Si-power. It is designed to provide a power output of up to 2A. It provides a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 28V and provides an output voltage range of 0.6V to 18V. Its current-mode control offers excellent line and load regulation, and it is optimized to enable fast transient response.
