Additional Infomation About Product

Semikron SKT 40/16 E is an isolated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module that can be used as a switch in power electronic circuits such as inverters or motor control systems. It has a maximum continuous collector current of 40 A and a peak collector current of 160 A. It is rated for 16 V and features a standoff voltage of 500 V. The package size is 95 x 140 mm and it is constructed in a thinfilm technology with press-fit fastening. It contains a range of protection features such as over-temperature, short-circuit, and open-circuit protection.
