The BD61250MUV-E2 with Motor/Motion/Ignition Controllers & Drivers PreDrv 4.5-38V Pseudo Sine Wave manufactured by ROHM is an integrated circuit that failsafes current and voltage. It contains a single-channel motor driver for controlling two brushed DC motors with current sensing. The device integrates a pulse-width-modulation (PWM) controller with protection and fault reporting, along with a current-sense amplifier. It also features an input power regulator and a delay circuit for bipolar introduction. With its 4.5-38V operating voltage range, 30A peak and 25A continuous output current range, and power output of up to 153W, the device is suitable for use as a motor controller for a wide range of motor or motion control applications.
