Additional Infomation About Product

BA6846FV-E2 is a high-speed, high-precision 3-channel brushless DC motor driver IC from ROHM. It has three independent full-bridge PWM circuits operating at a frequency up to 350 kHz, which makes it suitable for driving medium- to high-speed brushless DC motors. It supports total output currents up to 10A, and is equipped with a wide range of functions such as current-limiting protection, over-voltage protection and temperature detection. The IC also features under-voltage lockout to prevent incorrect startup in case of power failure.
