The BA7071F-E2 is an Interface Specialized SOP-8 150mil RoHS compliant voltage regulator manufactured by ROHM. It is a PWM and PFM Switching Regulator IC for Note PCs and features frequency synchronization control, output ON/OFF, soft-start, over-voltage protection, and over-current protection for low noise and high efficiency. It also includes built-in protection circuits such as Thermal Shutdown, Under-Voltage Lockout, Over-Current Protection, and Over-Voltage Protection. The BA7071F-E2 has an input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V and is available in a small SOP-8 150mil package that is RoHS compliant.
