Additional Infomation About Product

The BA6247FP-YE2 is a reversible motor driver designed to control and drive motors in a variety of motions. The device includes a protection circuit that prevents damage resulting from reversed power supply and a current protection circuit with built-in current-limiting resistors. Additionally, it includes a built-in thermal shut-down circuit to prevent excessive overheating and a low-noise PWM control. The device is also equipped with logic level signals to provide a variety of control options. It is manufactured by ROHM and is perfect for applications that require precise motor control and/or durability.
