Additional Infomation About Product

The RC1602B2-BIW-JSX is a LCD display manufactured by Raystar Optronics. It features a positive mode yellow green transflective STN LCD with a wide temperature range and a low power consumption. It can display 16 character lines with a maximum of 2 lines. It has a built-in controller and an industry standard 6800 parallel interface. It also has a built-in backlight for an improved visibility in dark environments. The controller includes an AFC and a 240 X 128 dots graphic mode which allows for icons, symbols and graphs to be displayed. The product is RoHS compliant and is offered in a module size of 98.4 x 54 x 16.7 mm.
