The Pizzato FD 979 is a single-sided grabwire switch with 2 normally-closed contacts and is designed for safety applications. It has a body made of thermoplastic material, a 2-wire grabwire, double push-button switching function and has screw terminals for easy installation. It provides a wide range of features including positive opening, removable actuator and is also suitable for applications with extreme temperatures and vibration. The FD 979 switch is ideal for use in applications such as emergency stop buttons and alarm systems.
