The PMC271-S08 is a 64Byte OTP RISC SOIC-8 Microcontroller Unit (MCU/MPU/SOC) manufactured by PADAUK that features 1KB of OTP memory and operates using RISC architecture. It is RoHS Compliant and is designed to be used in systems that require low power consumption. The PMC271-S08 also includes onboard memory protection and a range of hardware peripherals, such as an 8051 compatible CPU, a 4-channel programmable 10-bit Analog/Digital Converter (ADC), a high speed 12-bit Digital/Analog Converter (DAC) and a 10-bit PWM. Additionally, it includes hardware peripheral connectivity functions, such as a 3-phase PWM controller and a two-wire SPI/I2C interface. Finally, the unit supports a range of programmable I/O capabilities, as well as up to 64KB of program memory.
