Additional Infomation About Product

The MAX809S is an electronically combined Microprocessor and Microcontroller Supervisors manufactured by Youtai and is packaged in a SOT-23 RoHS package. It is used to monitor power supply voltages and protect microprocessors and microcontrollers from out-of-tolerance faults in demanding portable and power-sensitive applications. Its features include: an adjustable reset and power-on-reset (POR) threshold, a precision voltage detector, an active-low reset output, an active-high voltage detector output, and an active-low manual-reset input. It operates over a temperature range of -40? to 85? and an input voltage range of 2.63V to 5.5V.
