The NLVASB3157DFT2G is an N-channel MOSFET transistor produced by ON Semiconductor, a leading semiconductor manufacturer. It is a part of their ASB series. It is a Logic Level type MOSFET that is optimized for applications requiring low control voltage. This MOSFET provides low thaon-resistance and fast switching time. Its Drain-Source voltage and drain current ratings are 60V and 3A, and its maximum power is 15W. It is designed to switch load currents and stand up to high voltage transients. Its operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C and it has an RDSON of 1.2mO@VGS = 4.5V. This MOSFET is available in the SOT-23 3L packaging.
