DG417, DG418, DG419 Vishay Siliconix Precision CMOS Analog Switches DESCRIPTION FEATURES 15 V analog signal range The DG417, DG418, DG419 monolithic CMOS analog On-resistance - R : 20 switches were designed to provide high performance DS(on) switching of analog signals.
