The NLV14012BDR2G is an integrated logic circuit manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This dual 4-input NAND gate is designed to quickly provide logic functions for digital signal applications. It features low power consumption, versatile input and output signals, and very low propagation delay. The device is made up of two independent 4-input NAND gates each with an individual Schmitt Trigger input. The NLV14012BDR2G is constructed with advanced CMOS technology and is capable of operating at a low voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The power consumption is very low, which makes this device ideal for battery driven applications. With an output current capability of 3mA, this dual NAND gate is capable of driving up to ten low-power TTL loads.
