The NCP5181DR2G is a high performance, energy-efficient, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) AC/DC controller from ON Semiconductor. It is a single-phase synchronous buck PWM controller integrated with gate drivers for driving two N-channel/NMOS transistors with very low gate charge. The device features programmable hysteresis for perfect power balance between AC line and DC load. It also includes modulation compliant to international standards, like ENERGY STAR, EuP etc. It is suitable for many lighting applications like LED lighting, Kitchen & Bathroom, Home Automation, Solar Energy etc.
