The ON Semiconductor MCR8SDG is a quad full-bridge power driver with integrated power MOSFETs and gate drivers. This device is designed to support a wide range of motor control applications such as brushless DC motors, stepping motors, and brush type motors. It is specifically designed to support operation at voltages up to 80V. The MCR8SDG features a single-channel input for all four bridges, allowing for ease of control and additional noise immunity. It also features a built-in ESD protection circuit, allowing for reliable operation in even high-voltage applications. Finally, it supports a wide range of operating temperatures, from -40C to +125C, allowing for use in a variety of environments.
