Additional Infomation About Product

MCR72-6TG is a type of triac generated ion sensitive transistor (GIST) made by ON Semiconductor. GISTs are used in controlling of AC power and they have three pins, Gate (Controlling voltage), Anode (positive terminal) and Cathode (negative terminal). The MCR72-6TG has a voltage rating of 600V, a current rating of 6A, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is suitable for applications including motor controllers, home appliances, low-power dimmers and other AC switching applications.
