Additional Infomation About Product

The LM78L12ACZX is a 3-terminal, fixed output positive voltage regulator manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It operates from 9V to 12V input to provide a fixed 12V output over a range of ambient temperatures. The device features an internal current limiting, safe operating area protection, and a thermal shut down mechanism for protection against in circuit overload conditions. It includes short circuit protection, and also includes a TO-220 heat sink adapter for easy mounting. It is suitable for use in a variety of general purpose power applications.
