The LM7915CT is a 3-terminal linear voltage regulator from ON Semiconductor. It is designed to deliver a fixed output voltage of -15 V with an input voltage range of up to 20 V. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C and it is designed to deliver up to 1 A of load current. It features current-limiting and thermal-shutdown protection to prevent damage to the device or the load. The device is available in the TO-3 package for through-hole mounting.
