This literature is subject to all applicable copyright laws and is not for resale in any manner.FPF3040 IntelliMAX 18 V-Rated Dual Input Single Output Power-Source-Selector Switch November 2014 FPF3040 IntelliMAX 18 V-Rated Dual Input Single Output Power-Source-Selector Switch Description Features The FPF3040 is a 18 V-rated Dual-Input Single-Output (DISO) load switch consisting of two channels of slew- Dual-Input, Single-Output Load Switch rate-controlled, low-on-resistance, N-channel MOSFET Input Supply Operating Range: switches with protection features. The slew-rate- 4~10.5 V at V controlled turn-on characteristic prevents inrush current IN and the resulting excessive voltage droop on the input 4~6.5 V at V BUS power rails. The input voltage range operates from Typical R : ON 4 V to 6.5 V at V and from 4 V to 10.5 V at V to BUS IN align with the needs of low-voltage portable device 95 m at V =5 V IN power rails. 70 m at V =5 V BUS V and V have the over-voltage protection IN BUS Bi-Directional Switch for V and V IN BUS functionality of typical 12 V and 7.5 V, respectively, to avoid unwanted damage to system.
