The E3T-ST13-M5J is a diffuse-reflective photoelectric sensor from the E3T series manufactured by Omron. It is an M12-style cylindrical shaped sensor with a sensing distance of 0.3 meters which has a built-in amplifier in its housing and uses an infrared emitting diode and a phototransistor detector. The E3T-ST13-M5J features a wide power supply voltage range, a wide sensing distance and sensitivity adjustment range, automatic sensitivity control, and a pushbutton test mode for easy setup. It is designed for object detection and proximity sensing in a wide range of industrial applications, including conveyor systems, machine safeguarding systems, and machine exteriors.
