Additional Infomation About Product

The CYMOC3021S(TP1) is a two-way thyristor signal output optocoupler with a SOP-6 package produced by OCIC. It consists of a gallium-arsenide infrared LED as the input and a synchronous thyristor as the output. This optocoupler has a maximum peak off-state voltage of 5000V, and a collectors voltage of 400V and an emitter voltage of 100V. It has a low forward current of 60mA and a high forward current of 100mA. This thyristor has a VDRM of 1.18 and an operating temperature range of -55?~+100?, and is compliant with the RoHS standard.
