Additional Infomation About Product

The CYHCPL2630S(TP1) is an optocoupler logic output device manufactured by OCIC. It is an 8-pin plastic surface mount package (SOP-8) that contains a GaAlAs infrared light emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. It is designed for use in digital and logic input/output applications. The optocoupler is RoHS compliant and is suitable for a wide range of applications including circuit isolation, power supply sequencing, and signal transmission across isolation barriers. The optocoupler is capable of a 0.5mA (l max) output current with a current transfer ratio of 850% at a voltage of 10V. The device offers a wide common-mode transient immunity of up to 5,000V/us. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
