The HEF4028BT is an 8-input CMOS logic device from NXP Semiconductors. It is a single 8-input multiplexer, containing four 2-input multiplexers, which can select two 2-bit words, 4-bits in total, from one of four binary inputs. The two 2-bit words are combined internally to form the 4-bit output. This device allows users to select and combine data from various sources and can be used for digital data and analog signal multiplexing.
