Product profile 1.1 General description Standard level N-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) in a plastic package using TrenchMOS technology. The devices include TrenchPLUS current sensing and diodes for ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection and temperature sensing.
