The BT151-800R.127 is a thyristor-diode module produced by NXP. It is capable of handling up to 800V, 127A, and has a maximum on-state voltage drop of 1.25V. This module features low losses and current interrupting capacity up to 35kA. It is an all-in-one thyristor-diode package and features standard the BT151-800R outline. This product is used in applications ranging from light dimmers to motor control and EMC filtering.
