The 74LVC574ADB-T from NXP is a 8-bit edge-triggered D-type flip-flop. It has eight non-inverting data inputs (D0–D7) and eight Q outputs. It is designed for low voltage (1.65 V to 3.6 V) and mixed-voltage (5 V tolerant) applications. It requires a clock (CP) and a reset (MR) input. This part features edge-sensitive data inputs, programmable internal pull-up resistors at the data inputs, and a latch-enabling output enable (OE) pin. This combination makes it suitable for interfacing with various data sources such as an asynchronous microprocessor or a peripheral device. In addition, it incorporates hysteresis at the data input pins to make the device tolerant to slow rise/fall times at its inputs. The 74LVC574ADB-T is characterized for operation from 0 °C to 70 °C.
