The 74HCT7046AN,112 is a dual 4-to-16 line positive-edge triggered decoder/demultiplexer. The part is manufactured by NXP and is part of their 74HCT logic family. This device can be used to convert a single 4-bit data input byte into 16 separate outputs. It has a variety of uses in digital circuit applications, ranging from address decoding in microprocessors to multiplexing/demultiplexing digital signals. The device features an active-LOW enable input that is used to disable the outputs. The power supply voltage range of the part is from 3.0 to 3.6V. It is designed for use in a wide variety of applications, both in consumer and industrial electronics.
