The 74HCT175DB.112 is a Quad D Flip-Flop from Nexperia. It is a high-speed CMOS logic device that features 4 individual flip-flops each with a data (D) and a clock (CP) input. Each flip-flop is capable of directly driving a maximum of 10 LS-TTL loads. The outputs of the four flip-flops can be connected together to provide a 4-bit register. All inputs and outputs have Schmitt trigger structure and have the same input levels as conventional LS-TTL logic. The operating supply voltage range is up to 5.5 volts. The device can operate up to 35 MHz clock frequency, though the maximum frequency of operation depends on the loading parameters that are used. It is available in a small, space-saving SOIC-14 package and has a power dissipation of up to 500 mW.
