The Nexperia 74HCT193D.652 is a low-power 4-bit binary counter with synchronous clear and preset inputs. It is an advanced high-speed CMOS logic device fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. The device contains four master-slave flip-flops and additional gating to implement a four-bit binary counter. The inputs include a clock (CP), a clear (CLR), a preset (PR) and an up/down (UD) control. The outputs are the Q0-Q3 of the 4-bit counter. The counter can be TImed with either the positive (CP) or the negative edge of the CP clock. When both low, the counter is preset to its maximum count. When UD is low, the count sequence is Q0 - Q1 - Q2 - Q3 - Q0. When UD is high, the counter sequence is reversed. The device is capable of operation over a wide voltage range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V.
