MPM3632C 18V Input, 3A Module, Synchronous, Forced CCM, Step-Down Converter with Integrated Inductor The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPM3632C is a step-down, regulator Complete Switch-Mode Power Supply module integrated with a synchronous, 3MHz Switching Frequency rectifying power MOSFET, inductor, and three Wide 4V to 18V Operating Input Range capacitors. The MPM3632C offers a very Output Adjustable from 0.8V compact solution that requires only input and Internal Fixed Soft-Start Time output capacitors to achieve 3A of continuous 3A Continuous Output Current output current with excellent load and line Forced CCM for Low Output Ripple regulation over a wide input range. The Power Good (PG) Indicator MPM3632C operates at a fixed 3MHz switching Hiccup Over-Current Protection (OCP) frequency and employs constant-on-time (COT) Output Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) control, which provides a fast load transient Thermal Shutdown response.
