It 90m /40m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) offers a very compact solution, requires only 5 MOSFETs external components to achieve a 1.2A Integrated Inductor continuous output current with excellent load Integrated VCC and Bootstrap Capacitors and line regulation over a wide input supply Power Save Mode at Light Load range and provides fast load transient response. Power Good Indicator Full protection features include over-current OCP Protection and Hiccup protection and thermal shut-down.
